Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for sharing this journey: your photos, your encouragement, your patience, your creativity... each of you has added a unique spark to this project, turning a simple SAL into a collective celebration.

The Story Behind Christmas Gifts
Today, the tradition of exchanging gifts at Christmas feels timeless; yet it is the result of a long cultural thread that stretches back far beyond Victorian stockings and modern wrapping paper.
The probably most familiar origin is, of course, the story of the Magi bringing gold, frankincense, and myrrh to the newborn Christ. Over the centuries, Christian communities transformed this act of honour into a symbolic exchange between families, echoing generosity and divine blessing, but the practice of giving gifts in mid-winter is even older.
