NASHVILLE RELEASES PART 1

Hello stitchers of the world !

This is the first part of my Nashville releases, and as you can see includes the continuation of the very beloved series SPIRITS OF THE WOODS. Please feel free to send preorders to your LNS, or to me if you don't have a LNS or if you live in Italy and Europe (anyway some French and Russian shops sell my patterns and also some Italian shops).

Please remember to SUPPORT always your LNS, they are precious and I know it's so very hard to run a family business :)) So....

The Spirits of the Woods series includes 3 different patterns, sold separately:

THE OWL , THE FAWN and THE SQUIRREL.

They are all stitched on Boleyn linen 30 ct by The Primitive Hare.

Then, I designed also my new Tudor pattern: TUDOR MAIDEN, inspired by the badge of Catherine Parr, the only queen who survived Henry VIII. This pattern has been stitched on Old Salem Linen 30 ct linen. The upper part of the pattern includes a cross stitched Tudor Rose, but I finished the pattern with a very precios handmade Tudor Rose. You can purchase it separately and use it as a Scissor Fob or to finish the piece. The wooden, hand painted shield is available too.

To complete the TUDOR MAIDEN project you need: 

1 pattern

1 Jewel/Fob

1 standard cut of Old Salem Linen 30 ct

1 wooden hand painted shield

In a couple of weeks I'll present the second part of my Nashville Releases, and it will include a BOOK! 90% of the models included in the book has been stitched on these new fabulous fabrics: Vintage Rose and Wild Rose are 30 count ( 1 cut approx 12 by 12 ")

NEW FABRIC: THE SNOWFALL

Hello my dear wicked hares :)) My wonderful graphic studio and I worked hardly to get a new fabric ready for Christmas ! This is it!  THE SNOWFALL: CLIK HERE

It's a 30 count, the print is directly IN the fabric and not ON the fabric, in this way the fabric is smoother :)))

It measures approx 38 x 48 cm and all around there is a frame of not printed fabric that you can use to frame or sew your project without 'hiding' the snowflakes. This fabric can be used upside down or in horizontal, it's always perfect! You can also wash it gently with cold water: it will fade a little bit but it will be ok :))) Enjoy!!!!!!

Telling the bees is an ancient tradition, and, as I am a beekeeper, I think it's a magical thing to do. Accordingly to Wiki: "The telling of the bees is a traditional European custom in which bees would be told of important events in their keeper's lives, such as births, marriages, or departures and returns in the household. If the custom was omitted or forgotten and the bees were not "put into mourning" then it was believed a penalty would be paid, such as the bees might leave their hive, stop producing honey, or die.[1] The custom has been most widely noted in England but also recorded in Ireland, Wales, Germany, Netherlands, France, Switzerland, and the United States"

NEW PATTERN: PRIDE & PREJUDICE SAMPLER

My dear friend, I worked a lot of time on this project. I love Jane Austen and Pride & Prejudice is one of my favorite novel... It's so dear to my heart that I decided to design a patten, but also to create a new hand dyed linen: MERMAID BAY LINEN (30 count)

As I was sure it shall be a great piece also on Old Salem Linen... I designed 2 different version, both included in the pattern. I used only 3 DMC colors: semplicity rules!

This is my new linen MERMAID BAY.
